Phil Jones, who won a title with Manchester United, says Obi was impressive when he played for the under-18 team. "When he played under-18 football, it was like men against boys. He was dominating the game and making it look easy," Jones said.

Jones thinks Obi needs to understand that he can't play every game or be on the bench all the time. He needs to be prepared to play when he's called upon and be happy with the opportunities he gets.

"He has to be professional and ready when he's called upon. If he is, they'll have a very talented player on their hands," Jones explained.
